I think this is a bunch of claptrap designed to make them a boatload of money. That's what the Stadium is really about in the long run. One only has to look at the proposal to see that the "Public" that's you and me, would have to service a debt for 20 years in order to build this and then there's no guarantee "We " (The Locals) would be the ones getting the jobs.Then there's the little part about HHC buying the project back in 20 years for $1.00 ... now that's a deal if you can get it...(How much do you think a dollar will be worth in 20 years anyway? )
