Unions Unite

This week we celebrate the independence of the United States of America. Let me give a Big Thank You to all of those of you who have served our country. While there is always a battle for us locally for jobs for our members, we owe a debt of gratitude to those who helped us to even have the freedom, to have a vote, such as we did today. I love being an American. I love the freedoms we have, and I’m proud of the way we showed unity today. I thank you all for your support whether I received a vote from you or not today. To all of the new and reelected officers I give congratulations.

     May we continue on in unity for the betterment of those we serve.
